As a client, you enter store contacts, lead information, outreach notes, and activity logs into your dashboard. This data is stored in our cloud infrastructure (Supabase). See Section 5 for details on how we use it.
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our site: pages viewed, time on site, device type, general location (country/region level), and referral source. This data does not identify you personally.
We will never use your data to train third-party AI models, sell to data brokers, or share it with advertisers.
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files stored in your browser) to collect usage data. The data collected is anonymized and aggregated. We do not have access to personally identifiable information through Google Analytics.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using a browser with tracking protection enabled.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking beyond Google Analytics.
The leads, store contacts, outreach notes, and business information you enter into your ShelfSpace CRM is your data. You can export it at any time using the export tools built into your dashboard. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
By using ShelfSpace, you grant us permission to access your CRM data in anonymized, aggregated form for the purpose of improving our service and developing industry benchmarks. For example, we may analyze trends across maker categories to improve our outreach templates or establish performance baselines for Service-Managed clients. We will never publish or share data in a form that identifies your business or your specific store contacts.
The ShelfSpace platform, including the dashboard software, design, outreach template methodology, and workflow systems, is intellectual property owned by ShelfSpace LLC. Your subscription grants you a license to use your dashboard. The store data and lead lists you build are yours.
By submitting our application or newsletter form, you agree to receive emails from ShelfSpace. These may include product updates, early access news, and occasional marketing content about our services.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will honor that request promptly. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your active account.
ShelfSpace uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has their own privacy practices.

We retain application and contact form data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you cancel or are not accepted, we retain your information for up to 12 months in case you reapply, then delete it.
CRM data stored in your dashboard is retained until you cancel your plan. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible for the rest of your billing period and is deleted within 30 days of your cancellation date, unless you request earlier deletion.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data: encrypted data in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our cloud infrastructure, and limited internal access to client data. No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you promptly.
ShelfSpace is intended for adults running independent businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our service evolves. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top and notify active clients by email if the changes are significant. Continued use of ShelfSpace after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
